Warranties and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinchy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination and Suspension

You may cancel your Account at any time through your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. We may delete your Content after a reasonable retention period.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) in Seattle, Washington, unless otherwise required by law.
